Second Archery Unit 50 NM

I know it has been asked before and I have read every post I could find on the subject but if anyone has anymore info they would like to share on hunting unit 50 in early season I would be very appreciative. I will be coming from Mississippi so I'm not sure how much scouting I will be able to do before hand. I do plan on staying for the entire hunt if needed. This will also be my first elk hunt. Thanks in advance.

recommend getting there a couple days early to get acclimated to the terrain and altitude. be prepared to hike. good luck.
