Sig kilo 8k help

Bought a used kilo 8k and last night I was playing with it. Loaded the app, synced to my phone and loaded my gun profile.
Everything seemed to he working just fine ans then I decided to look through the settings. Apparently the kilo didn't like that and now my profile won't load onto the kilo, can anyone help with this?

I tried taking the battery out, resynced the profile several times, restarted my phone ans still no luck. Put all the settings back where they were when I bought it and still no luck

Do you have the bluetooth enabled turned on in the unit. (Under features setting) I know I shut mine off when not using and was confused whe it wouldn't sinc new load data.
