Stainless, cerakote, or nitride?

I need to decide what to do on a barreled action. It is stainless (defiance and Bartlein). This will primarily be a hunting rifle. Would you, leave stainless, cerakote, or nitride?
Stainless is the fastest turnaround but is shiny. I don’t want to cerakote inside the action due to thickness and it will add about 2-3 weeks. Nitride will add 6-8 weeks. I am getting impatient to time is a factor. Opinions?

DIY Duracoat or Alumahyde spray can the exterior. You can use stencils for multiple colors if you want. It’s pretty easy to use stuff.

Nitride the receiver from Defiance (have Defiance use their supplier and wait the extra time). For the barrel, just have it bead blasted.

Plenty of good actions out there that you can buy off the shelf that are nitrided and cost less than defiance.

Defiance was already in the mix. This was before the price increase. If I were doing it over, I would do something other than defiance. They would have priced me out.
