Steve Johnson UAA

Just heard yesterday that Steve Johnson, owner of Ultimate Alaskan Adventures passed away of an apparent heart attack related to a heart attack caused by a blood clot. He was a Navy Corpsman (he was a Special Amphibious Reconnaissance Corpsman, or SARC), serving with Marine Recon units. I would age him somewhere near 45-50 with a young family.

Keep his family in your prayers and I’ve asked if there is anything they need, if so, I’ll post in this thread.

Steve was one of the greats. A great father, husband, role model, hunter, and guide. He will be missed dearly. Prayers for his wife and kids.
