Who rebored this from 243 to 338 Federal? How does it shoot? Any targets?

Tikka (Sako) was one of, if not the first to chamber in 338 Fed. Though this was a rebore.
This one shoots pretty good. Seems less picky than other 338 Feds I’ve had. Being able to load out to 2.92” is helpful. This one used a custom reamer from PTG that has a modern throat design. Like what you’d find with a 6.5 CM, the PRCs, 6.8 Western, etc. Only bullet I could not get to shoot is the 185 GMX/CX.
