Comes with the original box, neoprene soft cover, plastic eye lens cover, objective lens cover, and a view-through carry case. I bought it brand new with NO scratches and has never been dropped. Has always had covers on glass in case when not in use. Can throw in the phoneskope adapter as well if wanted. Selling it because I purchased a Swarovski.
