What size Kifaru 5 String Stuff Sack

I’m looking to get a couple 5 String stuff sacks to try this summer and I’m a little unsure on sizing. Will the western mountaineering badger long or Kodak long fit in a small or medium ? Anyone who has done this please chime in.

Also, I’d like to avoid over compression as I’m using these on down bags at the moment.

I can get my 20° synthetic in a medium but it’s tight. On down I’d go large then compress to your comfort level.
