Whats your hang times?

Going off a previous post, what is everyones dead hang times? Give your bodyweights and how you have achieved the time. I am 63yo, 180lbs and have incorporated hangs into my daily workouts, I have only done timed hangs at 1 min x4 sets and 30sec hangs on my deadlift/pullup days. I will be trying a max time hang in a few weeks!

Seems for me to depend on how much other arm work I've done.

I usually hang every day, but that may be the only thing I do some days. 46, 175-180 lbs. Few seconds over 2 minutes has been my max.

Have also started some single arm hangs this last week. About 20 seconds max there

Never tried a max for time, I hang on until I feel I am cheating somehow.

I went on a pull up quest several years ago as it was always a weak point for me, did them daily for a few years and was banging out sets of tens with a 45lb plate hanging from a belt for a while.

While doing them one day a trainer who had been on that ninja warrior show commented on my sets, and told me to add some dead hangs to get the most out of it.

Been wanting to get back at it but I have some injury in my forearm keeping me from focusing on it.
