Who Makes the Best Foul Weather, Water Tight and Quiet Hunting Clothes

I'm in the Market for some new foul weather gear. Had an ancient jacket/pants combo from Cabelas that was water tight and quiet as can be. Lasted 15 years hunting Ohio, Virginia, Northern Maine and the ADK's. Really good stuff but it is finally breaking down. Can't remember the name. Cabelas doesn't seem to be selling the same quality gear these days. Need some recs for options to replace my beat up set. Would love to find a water tight and quiet hunter orange jacket as well.
