I’m cutting way back in weight on squats for a while and going to go more circuit style.

Pull Up Ladder to 9

AMRAP in 60min. No rest
DB Dead/Burpee Box Jump- 60s/24in x 5ea
Barbell Dead- 135 x 5
Squat- 135 x 5
Fisio Sit Up- x 10
Treadmill Run- 7.0/5% x 1min

Was shooting for 20 times through and got 18. My wife has been doing the DB deads, combined with the burpee box jumps. They were definitely the gift of this workout.

Incline db press 16/12/11/14 75/80/80/70s
Flat db press 15/12/10 60/70/80s
Lateral raise db 22/20/18/17 15s
Hammers 20/12/10/7 35/40/45/50s
Incline db curl 18/15/15/10 25/30/30/35s
Cable pushdown 20/15/13/16
Hanging db curl 25/20/15/15

5 miles (900') with my wife and Tiny Elvis; looking (and feeling) much more like winter than spring—might be getting a few more dumps of snow later in the week.
