I agree! I just quoted the news article. I could be wrong but I believe this is the first time it has closed early. Good to see guys getting after it. Now just hope the feds stay out of it. Been seeing commercials on local stations pushing for re enlistment, hope it doesn’t happen!

Closed is closed. They should never close the season on wolves in any of the western states. Even with no limit and 365 days of hunting we won't beat them back to the numbers they should be at.

Taking the buffer zone away seemed to really help. Heard the 82nd (quota wolf) was far away from the park though.
