Have seen some reviews on the Valdres but wondering about durability over a couple of seasons? Thinking about adding a lighter weight boot to my gear that is also waterproof, can be treated, has good support and can stand up to the rigors of the backcountry.

I've been very pleased with mine. They have held up great. Very comfortable boot with the neoprene tongue. I spend a lot of time in them working and hunting. No issues at all.

Thank you very much Ebby! I'm guessing the neoprene tongue is quiet while hiking and stalking - my current boots have a thick leather tongue that constantly squeaks.

I've had a pair for 2 years. They're doing great. I like them. No noise and have stayed watertight.
