Those are strong gusts but that really doesn't look like 55 mph to me - wind speeds often get overestimated.
Anyways, for strong winds and a bomb proof tent I'll take a tunnel tent any day, preferably Hilleberg. I weathered out 60+ mph winds on Denali where more than one team lost a shelter...
It's not sexy but if you don't need to haul anything I've found the Outback to be a tolerable compromise. I average around 26/27 mpg with a lead foot and frequently used roof box.
Lots of room for gear, easily sleeps two out of the back, and drives well with good tires. It has less clearance...
What criteria are you trying to fulfill? I think you can get a better product for the price by waiting for a sale.
For example, this is SilNylon at a similar price point, from a well-known brand: https://www.blackdiamondequipment.com/en_US/product/mega-light-4p-tent-limited/?colorid=11375
If the weather is going to be warm enough for mosquitoes and/or ticks I'll pack a tent to save my sanity. Otherwise I prefer a tarp + bivy setup for the lower volume, lighter weight, and smaller footprint.
