    How many big game tags is too many?

    I think the limit becomes when you can't dedicate the full time to complete a successful hunt. If you are jamming tags in your pocket and only able to give 4-5 days to a hunt - you are likely missing opportunities.

    I was able to get about 30 days in the field this year which was more than most years.

    Every year I talk to strangers with a big pile of points in states we hunt. I think we would be surprised how many points are just sitting in accounts.

    Is Road Hunting Birds Common?

    Around SW WA yes - its very common. I am not a bird hunter but often run into 2-3 different groups of them when scouting or hiking and they are always on the road or right off.
