    Very much agree, I use the state websites, ONX, and GOHUNT to crunch numbers and designate areas of interest, but it sure goes a long way in terms of confidence to hear from someone who has already spent time in an area say "yeah, thats a pretty good option" OR "I would check out XYZ first".
