    It does seem to make a difference after switching to U3 and also going down to 3 on the motion sensitivity. Same amount of pics of real critters but way less blanks.

    New to Bear Hunting

    This year there was still quite a bit of snow in the Pintlars as well as the rest of the mountains in Western MT mid-May but that has been the exception in recent years. Might not affect your hunting prospects but possibly your vehicle/hiking plans

    I ordered one that's listed on the preferred cards. I'll see if that fixes it on the one that has had the most phantom photos and consider replacing the ones in other 2 Cams I have up. I guess I know the answer but I wish I hadn't bought a 5 pack of the U1 cards. :(

    Oh, and one more thing is making sure to get up and take a brief walk every hour or so if you can. Better with fast pace, long strides, arm swing, etc to wake up the butt and lumbar muscles that go to sleep when you're sitting.

Working to figure out triggers, paired behaviors, events/places that put you at risk to relapse, coping tools to "ride the wave" of cravings, substitutes for when...

    I sit a ton for work and it's not something I can modify. Yoga is great for mobility but if you're pressed for time, look into the "McGill Big 3". Simple set of exercises that wake up underused core muscles that kind of just go go sleep when you sit for a long time
