Cube up the back straps (1/2”x1”ish). Throw them in a bowl with flour, Johnny seasoning and whatever additional seasoning you want. Fry it for a few mins on each side in a pan with about a 1/2” Worcestershire sauce and oil.

Resident or nonresident? If nonresident, which state?
Mature is pretty subjective from one to another. Can you post up the mature ones?

Region 6 - Only proposed change is letting a hunter shoot 3 whitetail does instead of 4. Let the mule deer pounding continue.
