    Trolling motor question

    I’d go 55 all day. I use a 70 for my 18 footer and debated between that and a 55. I fish a river with lots of current and I’m happy to have that extra power.

    Already have the K4 and looking to pick up a FOB. My only concern are those raised edges on the shoulder straps of the FOB. My previous FHF, OV and Marsupial had very flat straps. How does it feel under the pack straps?

    Ruck training

    Never stop, but increase frequency no later than May. I aim for 3 days per week, 2 days 40-50 lbs and at least 6 miles, 1 day heavier (60-70 lbs) and 3-4 miles. I always ease into increases of both weight and distance to guard against over-training.
