Sorry, I just saw this. This is the 162 ELDX. He now has some ADG brass in, and he thinks they will handle a little bit more pressure than the Hornady brass.

I was getting 2780 out of my 20 inch benchmark with the 175 grain. I was looking for a little bit more speed and ended up with 2877 ft./s with the 162s. Not saying that it was the right thing to do, I do like the BC of that 175’s. I just have about 65 to 70 rounds through it, and maybe those...

On the first build, the proof research 20 inch is not a pre-fit? proof makes the pre-fits that just basically screw on to the tikka action.. I believe this to be true if somebody can chime in

280 AI great cartridge as well. I just think it needs the 24 inch barrel. Almost pulled the trigger on one of those. I don’t know if I would’ve have said its a sexier cartridge.😉
