    Nightforce Customer Service - not happy

    The overall process ended up taking about 7-8 weeks and they had the scope back to me. The zero stop was in fact in need of repair and they fixed this. It was locked down, so even when I loosened the 4 top set screws, nothing moved. It now works perfect after they sent the scope back.
