Officially done with 10k swing challenge. It took 36 days, the first week was rough. I lost 4 pounds and absolutely changed nothing with my diet. In fact I might have ate more! Definately more toned and cardio never felt better! I only had the 35 pound bell so it got pretty easy towards the end...
Ive done it a few times. First time I believe I was around 45 mins. You are definately going to feel the burn.......it is alot of fun! Go light with the dumbells for the renegade rows!
4500 down! I cant believe not even half way! Up to 200 of the 500 with one arm now since all I have is a 35 pd bell. Cant say Im losing any weight but definately see some more tone. Appetite is off the chain and cardio is improved for sure
Very slow morning here in Fl. 2 hens flew down at first light, another walked thru 30 mins later. Not one gobble at all. Have my bow in hand for the weekend, than to Alabama next weekend for Eastern.
Finally did back to back swings! 3500 down! Did 150 one armed tonite. Accessory exercise was pull ups.........i mixed it up and did all negatives.......so 30 of those as well. I feel it in my lats already.
Scratch my last post! I was hoping to finally get back to back days with the swings, but no way! That set of 100 with one arm, punished me like nothing else ever has and I wound up taking an extra day to recoup! My shoulders, lats, upper back and even abs let me know how bad this really is! Hats...
500 more done tonite with 45 dips to go along! Really getting efficient now, did the 4th set of 100 with 1 arm. Even the mind is finally accepting the suck. Took 34 minutes today!
