I bought a pair of kenetreks on the recommendation from a family friend, walked a mile in them and they hurt like crazy so I returned them. I'm still on the hunt for a good pair of boots so I hope these Beartooths fit the bill.
I called Schnee's again after reading Clockwork and Wildcat33's comments and talked to Kurt and I'll l all I can really say is wow, they have a lifelong customer in me (if the boots fit well). They're going to let me exchange my boots at no cost when the next shipment comes in at the end of the...
Thanks! You finally answered my question. I don't really care if the boot has imperfections (function before form) if that's normal for the boot, but I'd never seen anything like it for the price point.
I don't know about the quality, but I saw Plano has a decent looking case from an RMEF email. For me, I'm probably going to go with a double bow case just for the extra room. I'm hoping to start hunting out of state in a few years and it'd be nice to be able to throw mine and my hunting buddy's...
I got a pair of Beartooth's during their sale last week and while I really like the fit, the closer I look at the boots, the more imperfections I find. There are marks on the leather, the rubber skirt going over the last is not uniform so you can see where they primed the leather for...
Their product reviews are great. To the point and they cover all the talking points. I got my Big Agnes Copper Spur 3 from them for 33% off. Hard to beat that.
I haven't heard this site mentioned on Rokslide, but I really like them. Use MY20 or SHOPENWILD 20% off on a full priced item.
Note: I called them today and if you have two full priced items they can use both codes of you call them about it.
Thanks for all the input, guys! I do know my draw length and what poundage I want. Now I just need to go try out some bows.
I think I found a new addiction checking out bows on AT...
Thanks for your responses! I'm going to find a shop to shoot a few and go from there.
I can kind of see myself going down a rabbit hole trying to find the right bow.
I'm looking to get my second bow after having my Parker Pioneer XP for 6 years. Is it worth it to buy the big flagship bows (Bowtech/Mathews/Hoyt), or has the quality come up so much that the cheaper bows (Diamond/PSE/Bear) are good enough not to justify paying extra for the high end bows? I...
