They also have the .223 and .308 right hand bolt assemblies in stock at the moment:

I think sometimes folks get confused between the UPS store (which absolutely won't accept firearms or ammo...knowingly) and UPS Service Center.
I was at my local UPS Service Center a few weeks back to mail a package and asked if there were any changes to their ammunition shipping policy. I was...
I’m running a 23” barrel launching either 250 TTSX, 270 Speer, or 270 AB all at just under max loads.
I have a Raptor 8 .375” with 3” Reflex. It really tames the recoil on the H&H, making it pleasant to shoot. My groups have shrunk slightly at 100 yds.
I couldn’t discern a volume difference...
Firstly, everyone processes sound uniquely.
Secondly, while science says a 3 dB increase is a doubling of “loudness”, it isn’t as straightforward as that in the human hearing “interpretation”.
1-3 dB difference in measuring equipment might be indistinguishable to people.
From...
I don’t disagree with you. A smaller end cap would help.
One can to rule them all… .375”
Of course another can in 6.5mm for .22, .243, .264 would complement the .375
That said, I primarily got my .375 to run on my H&H and .358 Win
You can get a smaller diameter end cap that would help.
I’ve used my .375 Raptor as is on my 300 WSM and it works fine. Is it as quiet as a .30 cal? I doubt my Mk. 1 ears could tell the difference
My take away was that even a .22 WMR will penetrate bear skull, so a 9mm (speed, hit rate) over a 10mm for woods carry makes sense. Of course, bullet selection matters.
I shot a friends’ PMR30 yesterday. Seems like it would make a good training gun.
The zero shifted with the drops...a shift was obvious with the 9x36" drops (a single shot well outside the 1.5" target). Without adjusting the scope, he went to verify another 4 shots on another target. Those shots were all on the 1.5" target. The scope "reset" itself with the single shot after...
Staccato website shows steel frame and aluminum frame for the P…33oz vs 28 oz.
The CS is 23 oz. I was just thought if you had the aluminum version it might be close to recoil of CS.
The CS is better gun compared to P?
The only 1911’s I have are 10mm varieties.
Now I’m curious to shoot 9mm...
