Anybody just using spray paint for cresting?
I usually ruff them up with some steel wool to get better mechanical bond to the shafts.

How much water?
I usually carry between 1-3L depending on how long Im gonna be out and about. + Sawyer squeeze. Definitely drink quite a bit of water before going out.
