    Grid fleece comparison

I don't have experience with the pieces listed here, but have worn an Eddie Bauer High Route quarter zip for the last 5 years and love it. It breathes well in warmer weather and makes a great midlayer when the temps drop.

Who is Hoffman Boots......let me tell you?

I've done quite a bit of hiking in my packs and I wouldn't recommend them for steep terrain. Because of the liners and the lacing system my feet shift around a bit. I don't have the footing confidence I get with a mountain style boot. That said I think I'll always have a pair.

    Who’s still running balance beams?

I'm still using a 505, haven't been able to justify the cost of a digital. Also I have a general distrust for electronics.

    7mm Rem Mag T3x SuperLite

I tried the 168gr LRX in a Sako that I believe has the same barrel. Never couldn't get them to stabilize. Lighter than what you're looking at but I've had good luck with the 145gr LRX and 7828SSC.

Who is Hoffman Boots......let me tell you?

I have a pair of calked guides that I wear for work. I get cold feet easily from sweat and the guides are perfect for me below freezing. I hunted with them on a -17 day last year and it wasn't comfortable but I could sit long enough for a coyote set.

    Any good Molle revolver holsters?

Heard the Ivory Holster owner say on a podcast recently that he's working on revolver versions of his holster.

I've been using the Wiser Precision quick sticks. Used prone and sitting and it's worked good for me.

Boot creams vs. good ol’ mink oil?

Another one for Obenaufs LP. I work in the woods and use it on straight leather and Gore-Tex boots. Tried Crispi's wax when I tried their boots last. Obenaufs has better retention and conditioning in my opinion.

    Good job everyone

Pretty crazy sales for 20-21. Does anyone know the criteria used for re-allocation to the states? Would be good to know how much the Fed keeps for their management from that total.

    Sized Cases Not Chambering

I will be trying to re-set the sizing die. Thanks for the input. I was just so surprised that I only had a few cases out of approximately 100 reloads that had the issue.

    Sized Cases Not Chambering

I resized the shells and was able to load chamber them. I pulled the bullet out of this round and was not able to chamber that particular brass without a bullet.

    Sized Cases Not Chambering

So does that collet die hold the shape of the brass or do you draw the shell through the collet to "re-size" the shell above the belt?

    Sized Cases Not Chambering

Thanks for the tip. I will get my hands on a mic and check them. Will standard loads do this to certain cases, or is it only a symptom of high pressure charges?

    Water filter recommendations?

I use a Sawyer Mini and an MSR Miniworks. I prefer the MSR for higher volume, and if I know water supply is good. I like the sawyer for low flow springs/ creeks over the MSR, water collection is easier. Both are super simple to maintain.

    Sized Cases Not Chambering

I will look into getting a guage for accurately measuring the shoulder. I screwed in the sizing die a scosh of a turn and re-sized the cases. It was a bear to get the press to cam over, but they chambered. I will look into getting the die set better. Thanks for all the input!

    Sized Cases Not Chambering

I am new to reloading and am having issues with a few cartridges chambering. I have loaded and shot 100-150 rounds for 7mm Rem Mag. In my last couple batches I have had 3 rounds that will slide into the chamber, but won't allow the bolt to cam-over. This brass was reloaded for the 2nd time...

Just sitting over them? That wasn't my preferred method but may be what works? I've seen people say similar things on other forums I've read.
