    The suggestions to try some rental guns are spot on if you haven’t had much experience with pistols. The G19 is great as well as the single stack version, the G48. A commander sized 1911 in 9mm is also great, these all fall into a similar size that is perfect for 9mm.

    H414 was my favorite powder in a .220 swift I used to own. Prairie dogs were not safe if they were in view. John Kronfeld always said I shot prairie dogs “over the horizon” lol

    Yes a 9mm conversion barrel may be a good option. If buying new she might like. G48, very trim but still has full sized grip for good control.

    The RCBS chargemaster does a great job, and if I am trying to be really precise I’ll weigh what it dispenses on the FX120i. I haven’t gotten the autotricker up and running for that yet.

    Anyone Hunting With 140 SST In a 6.5 Creedmoor?

    I took a nice antlerless elk with the 129 SST from my .260 at about 325 yards. Right through the heart and lungs with a tennis ball sized exit wound.
