    Just shaved meniscus and then took care of a little arthritis.

    Surgery was June 28th and I feel as if I’m doing okay. Had a house/garage clean out day and got little over 17,000 steps in. Zero elevation but it wasn’t hurting yesterday, so one month in and I’m going to start pushing to see what I can handle.
