I will test it out for accuracy soon enough and I can post my results. I'll probably get out and shoot it in January. I'll post everything that I learn about it.
I have some reservations about the makeup of the bullet but I'm in touch with Norma about it as well.
Hopefully a year from now I...

I think it's very new, but has anyone had experience with this lead-free ammo? I bought some 30-06 to test out.

My kids eat a lot of venison. I switched to lead because even if their IQ dropped just a couple points (or some other consequence) from lead that was too much.
Also eagles.
I use a FAT wrench and I would like to verify that I am getting the inch pounds I am supposed to.
Does anyone in the cities have a torque wrench that I could test against to verify? I know this is a long shot, but I don't want to just buy another one if I do not need it.

Yeah that leads to my current conundrum. Vortex says to go 18 lb on the scope rings. DNZ says to go 30 or 35 lb on the rings.
I want to secure the scope and I also want to make sure I don't damage the scope.
This on a muzzleloader with some strong recoil...

Yes I only use it on base screws...
However I am trying to solve scope slipping issues and I am reading up on it: I've heard of scope tape (not just regular tape), rosin, silicone and I am trying to understand if something out there can keep a scope in my rings.
