WTS 16x20 wall tent

After much debate, I have decided to put the feelers out to see if anybody on here is looking for an awesome wall tent. I picked it up a few years ago and absolutely love it but it is bigger than we need most of the time. I am looking at using the money to get a smaller set up and maybe a cook tent for more versatility. I have attached a link to the tent and its in great shape, no mold or issues as we were very meticulous in drying it before storage. It will also come with a heavy duty wood stove, stove pipe etc. We will also throw in a long line of aircraft cable plus a huge tarp that can be used to cover the whole tent. To buy just the tent and frame new from Rainier is $2230 plus tax. I was thinking I would start with $2200 for the whole package of tent, stove, stakes, cable, tarp and anything else we have in our tent bin. Would also consider partial trade for smaller wall tent, kodiak canvas or similar.
