22 mag on 26” frame

Hello all, anyone running the 22mag on a 26” frame? If so, what’s your overall impression of how it fits? Any pics would be greatly appreciated.

I run a 22 Mag 2nd Gen on my 26" frame.
works, fits great. I like the extra space underneath pack to bottom of frame in strapping items there.

I did it on a short hunt this year and liked it. The only issue I had is the pack rides high enough that I can't reach the water bottle pockets. There was a thread on here a couple months ago that had some pictures.

I ran a smaller pack on a 26 inch frame years ago. It works but you end up with space at the bottom of the pack. Good luck reaching the water bottle pocket unless your Shoulders are made of rubber. It also rode high enough to snag when moving through cover so you lose a lot of the small pack advantage. I ram a 22 inch frame after that and liked the more compact footprint better.
