I have been doing neighborhood training hikes with this pack, trying to decide if it was going to the be the one for me. The belt and lumber pad just feels a bit off for my body type. I think it has to do with the wider hip belt. The pack is really amazing to carry weight though. The tactical frame fells amazing against your back and is very comfortable. The small duplex belt is 31-34in.
The shoulder straps are short version which is for torso length 14.5-18in.
