300 Win mag load with IMR 4451

I want to load for my 300 win mag and living in the socialist republic of NY supplies are what you can get, I was able to get some of the IMR 4451 powder, I also was able to pick up the Barnes TTSX BT in 180 gr, I use the CCI mag primers. I have from the Hornady site a starting load of 61.3 gr with the 4451 powder for this weight bullet but it is a Nosler E tip. The bullets are close but not identical to each other, what are your thoughts on starting at the min load data of 61.3 gr?
