A few months ago I was able to snag a Faxon 14.5" barrel in 6mm ARC. I had shot 6.5 Grendel a bit before and wasn't all that impressed so when they released the new ARC offering I had to try it.

The rest of the build is mainly BCM with a Geissele SD-E trigger and Trijicon Accupower 3-9x40.

Fast forward to this weekend and while deer hunting in North Texas I had this boar step out in the field. He was about 110 yards out..I hit him a little high but he still only went about 20 feet before piling up.

Not really a great example or test of what this round can do, but right now its 1 for 1 on kills! Hope to get a deer or two with it in the coming weeks. Ammo used was Hornady's Black 105 BTHP

Been thinking about getting a 6 ARC upper or maybe even another Seekins but I keep reading about feeding issues with some mags. Have you had any feeding issues and what mags are you running?

Yeah I've tried using an ASC 15 round 6.8 SPC mag I had and it gave me lots of issues but my AR Stoner (midwayusa) 10 round mag has been flawless through about 100 rounds so far
