Adak in 2024 or 2025

I’ve been to Kotzebue and flown with Jared at Golden Eagle, wonderful trip that I doubt I’ll ever get to re create, but may have a opportunity to Adak in the next year or two? Could be December, late November, most likely a DIY hunt With some guys that can walk and shoot better than most.
what are pros, cons, concerns, etc.?
I know the wind can be brutal, and it can be chilly, I’ve been out in cold and am fine, it may be day trips hunting for a week is what is being discussed.

Why not go do it? Every hunt that you don't do is another piece of time that you never get back.

Quite often those caribou are not within walking distance and may require a boat ride to get in their area.
