Adding to a group in Arizona Draw

Has anyone been successful in adding to an existing group for the Arizona draw. A couple of my buddies have already put in for an Arizona elk hunt and they are on the edge for points required. If I jump in and we put in together we'd be in good shape. My buddy was told over the phone no and I haven't found anything on the website. Thanks

Never heard it working it would re quire Game and Fish to make it so, don't see that happening. Other than doing it on the initial application I think you are SOL unless someone knows something I don't know
