Alaska move realtor, rental property management suggestions

I had another interview and it looks like I am moving back to Alaska this summer. I have lived there in Anchorage, Sitka and Barrow. We will be living in the Mat-Su valley or Eagle River, ultimately will depend on where my wife ends up teaching school this fall or in 2024.

If you have good any rental property managers, or real estate agents you think are good let me know.

I have been watching Jamin Goeerkers videos on youtube. There is a ton of information out there for moves compared to my last two times.
