Asking $100 plus freight ($20-30 ?) for both. Or $60 for the freighter and $40 for the daypack
I used this on 2-3 mule deer hunts and an elk hunt, but since I bought a Mystery Ranch I don’t use it anymore. I completely replaced the factory freight harness with one modified to actually carry a rifle or spotting scope, and extra long cargo straps, so it’s a pretty serious piece of gear now. I’ve packed out 2 muley s and 1/2 an elk with it. It is quite sturdy and fairly comfortable up to 100 lbs or so. (Not as comfortable as a Mystery Ranch Metcalf... also not $500) Condition very good with minor wear and tear.
Badlands daypack has an internal metal frame, four large vertical external zip pockets, interior is divided into a medium sized bottom compartment zipper accessible from the outside, and a large upper compartment zipper accessible from the bottom and drawstring from the top. Good sized cargo lid carries lots of smallish items. I think it’s about 3500-4000 cu in. Hydration pocket accommodates 2 liter hydro bag not included. Condition good with some wear and tear.
The way I use it is as a system. All my camp and sleeping gear goes in a large bag that sits on the cargo shelf, and the pack gets loaded with the stuff you’d take on a day hunt. When I get to camp I I strap the daypack and rifle from the freighter and just carry the day pack and rifle out of camp on day hunts.
Rifle and Kifaru compression bag shown in pictures not included. Just the freighter frame and the daypack.
