Anchor for handheld and wrist release

For guys using both on the same bow, do you just find a anchor that’s a compromise for both? Or adjust the wrist strap length etc until you can use your comfortable handheld?
Wondering how to make both work without moving things.

Handheld release would be much lower. Under your chin.

I understand that the anchoring is different, my question is how if possible does it work out that people shoot both with the same peep height and sight setting.

I can switch back and forth, I have an anchor with each that works fine no issue.

my wrist rocket is as short as I can get it, and I anchor with my trigger finger knuckle at the bottom corner of the jaw
