Do non res tags usually sell out? I've tried looking for info but I'm having a hard time

Nope. I was able to get bear, wolf, and cat! Saw a bear and killed a cat.

I could be completely wrong, and I just looked through the regs and website. But I don't believe there is a quota for nonresident tags for black bear.

I would definitely call IDFG tomorrow to be sure.

I didn’t realize that you you may be talking about spring bear. If that’s the case I’m not sure.

Bear does not have a cap on tags for NR.

Don't forgot to purchase a wolf tag!
They are very cheap for both residents and non-residents.
