Thinking about building a Victory RIP XV 300 with 4 2.25” TAC vanes, 60 grain SS insert, and a tooth of the arrow 4 blade. Thinking about going with the 100 grain XL head, has anyone tried them? How are the durability of the rib XVs? I know I love the RIP TKOs. Anyone ran this set up or similar? I like the idea of shorting my pin gap. I’ve killed whitetail and get complete pass throughs using a 380 grain arrow. I know a lot depends on shot placement and obviously elk hide is a lot tougher.
