Big Woods Coyote Tactics

Going out to the National Forest this weekend (Northern PA), looking to help the whitetail herd out there and knock down some of these mini wolves. Anyone got any tips for big woods steep hill country.

Done a couple trips in Big woods over the years but less than stellar success so...
Scent was a real issue.Thermals,weird wind changes and patterns means trouble.Even accessing areas was tough due to scent control.
We had to stay on or near the tops of ridges because of this.We tried to set up with clear shot opps downwind plus in a way that gave them cover when approaching the call.It was an advantage to have an electronic call with a good remote to assist in keeping our scent away from them.A fun challenge though.
