I don't know what the model is, believe a Rush possibly. It 7 pins, custom sizes with the top 5 being .019 and bottom 2 .010. The middle pin fiber is broke, but there is fiber left in housing to redo it. It has been painted tan, looks good on buckskin/tan colored bows. $70 TYD
