Well this day and age it’s nice to have a company with their shit together. No excuses of COVID or workforce or parts.

I mailed my ascent 3 pin in, the dial was not functioning as it always did. I sent an email got an instant response and was give a label and directions.

13 days after I mail it I had it back fully fixed. Again awesome response time and way to stand behind your product.

They are awesome. I smashed mine in a bike wreck and told them what happened and sent it in and they fixed it up good as new
