Im not really familiar with First Lite sizing.

I am 6’3” and 210 lbs with rather broad shoulders. These are just a little tighter than my desired fit in the shoulders. Sleeve and body lengths fit well though.

Very similar fit to FL. I own both and they fit close to the same. BO Merino is solid.
