Yes they are paint nicks on the corners of the limbs , not anything more than cosmetic.

How old is this bow, i don't remember what year they were made. What is the draw length ?

The bow was released in 2019, but I believe the original owner bought it late 2019 so it could be the 2020 model (although no spec changes were made), had it as a closet queen for 2 years and then I bought it late 2021.
Draw length is 25.5-30.5
