Building a semi-custom from a B14 hunter?

I don't know much about the B14s so excuse my ignorance. I have a B14 hunter in 308, but it has become redundant due to a stainless tikka addition.

My question is, are there limits to a DIY semi-custom with this action? I just wasn't sure about thinks like coned breaches (or not?) for profit barrels, bottom metal compatibility, aftermarket triggers (I thought bergara didn't agree to the compatibility a few years ago), or anything else I might not think of?

Also, is the B14 hunter action worthy of a build? Is truing still suggested? Or is it better to just sell as is and get an Origin or something along those lines?
