CO group application question

If a resident and a nonresident apply together on a group application is the application considered nonresident?

I understand the points applied are of the person with the lowest total, but I don’t see anywhere in the regs about residency.

This is for archery elk in Colorado.

Never actually done it, but my semi educated guess is no, you will find out when it's time to pay. You are put into the drawing separately and if you both draw, you both draw, if one person in the group doesn't draw, then nobody does.

from pg 18 of the colo rules (2018 Colo Big Game):

If the group includes resident and nonresident
applicants and the nonresident cap has
been met, the group will not get licenses
