Hey Everyone,
I have a few pins dropped in ONx to check out for Elk next month in these units and this will be my first time there. There’s 3 of us heading out and we typically do the processing part ourselves. But if we were to get a bull on the ground early in our 14+ day trip, we’ll need somewhere to store the deboned meat before we depart back home. Im curious if anyone can give guidance on Cold Storage options around unit 43, 521, 25, 26, and 81.
