Yo! Trying to get after some song dogs in the next few weeks in CO. The wife loves traveling to crested butte and I’m wondering if anyone has road closure or general knowledge of the area. I know the Kebler/Ohio pass area very well, but have only ever been in the summer or fall.

Bush creek road looks alright, just not sure if it’ll be impassible or if it’s bad ‘yote country. Donne some mule hunting off the access roads by blue Mesa - are they blocked this time of year?
Don’t share your secret spot. Just asking for a couple tips so that I don’t go crazy while my wife sits at the resort with cucumbers on her eyes.

Thanks!

Did you have any luck? We have a family house in the winter park area. Would like to start packing the rifle with me when we are up there. Usually make several trips a year.

+1.
It's a great way to stay sharp glassing, playing the wind, hiking/creeping, etc. 115539
