I got an Optima out for the first time this year and will say I really appreciate the overall small form factor and fairly light weight. Trigger is nice and single stage. I found mine used with the nitride coating which I didn’t know at the time means the Thor bullets won’t fit. I like it enough I may get another one without the coating so I can run the Thors. Sabots aren’t allowed everywhere I may end up hunting or the Barnes rounds would solve my problem. Just thought I would share in case the coating mattered to you.
